Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policy

MoogWax offer a return policy in compliance with the current legislation The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 13th June 2014.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from receipt of your goods. Any goods or products must be returned unopened and in the condition supplied. You will be responsible for any carriage costs of the returns where the products are deemed to be supplied in good condition.

If the products are damaged when received it is important that you notify us within 48 hours and you will be entitled to a refund or replacement subject to the nature of the damages.
